Move Management and Relocation

Eden works with each client to minimise disruption to the business. Eden provides a move management service to accommodate the refurbishment works. This can include phased works with staff moving into a ‘swing space’ or a relocation to temporary offices for the works to be completed as quickly as possible. Eden’s team includes move managers to work with each client and provide the right support to make the transition as stress-free as possible.

Eden also provides relocation services:

Move: Eden’s team has decades of relocation experience and provides a guaranteed removal service to ensure that everyone can get back to work as quickly as possible after move day.

Store: Eden provides temporary storage for non-essential equipment during refurbishment works. Eden also provides archive storage for files and records, with an electronic retrieval service.

Recycle: Surplus equipment is recycled, including furniture and IT items.

Tech: Eden’s IT experts work with clients’ IT departments to assist with server moves and desktop IT decommissioning and recommissioning.

Building Control and CDM

Checking and early approval of construction work plans, from small scale improvements to major build projects is a great benefit. Eden manages the process, obtaining the necessary certifications as part of each project.

The Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 define the legal responsibilities of parties involved in construction project which include minor building works in business premises – so that affects most of our clients.

Eden guides clients on the Health and Safety aspects associated with the type of works to be carried out and will not only protect Eden‘s personnel, but also ensure that you, the client, have all the necessary guidance and support to conform to the regulations and everyone concerned with the project is protected both physically and legally.
